About the Role
We are seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters / Fixture Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing fixtures, performing carpentry work, executing selective demolition, and completing repairs according to project plans, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial carpentry, fixture installation, or related construction trade.
Proven track record in retail, office, or commercial construction projects.
Technical Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation manuals.
Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
Knowledge of fixture assembly, carpentry techniques, and selective demolition methods.
Basic understanding of commercial lighting retrofits (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding.
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Capable of working in various environments, including active construction sites.
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects (lodging and travel covered).
Commitment to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
