About the Role
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to promote our services and strengthen our brand. This role requires creativity, organization, and an understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, especially within the construction and commercial services industry.
Requirements
2+ year of marketing experience (construction industry experience a plus).
High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and online advertising.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
