About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Journeyman Electrician – Crew Lead to oversee and work alongside a team of electricians on commercial construction projects. This role combines hands-on electrical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of employment.
4+ years of verifiable electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, commercial wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using electrical tools, meters, and testing devices.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and in various environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects (lodging and travel provided).
