The HR Representative will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, ensuring our workforce is supported, policies are followed, and staffing needs are met. This role blends administrative precision with people-focused interaction—much like being both the architect and caretaker of our company culture.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of HR or administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS system experience preferred.
