About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to oversee and implement safety protocols across our commercial construction projects. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting safety training, performing jobsite inspections, and fostering a strong safety culture within the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of safety coordination experience in commercial construction (retail construction experience a plus).

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and hazard recognition.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and safety meetings effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software (if applicable).

  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 10 required at minimum).

  • First Aid/CPR certification.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole is a plus.
